Using the site
Read it, link to it, quote it. Quote it with attribution and a link, and do not republish an article whole — the point of a link is that the correction reaches the reader too.
What we own and what we do not
The words, the layout and the charts drawn by Epoch are ours. The charts and photographs belonging to the companies we write about are theirs, used for reporting and credited to them in every caption; if you are one of those companies and want an image removed, write to [email protected] and it will be.
What this is not
Nothing here is investment advice. Articles about funding rounds and valuations report what companies and their investors have said, usually on the day they said it, and those figures are frequently unaudited — where that is true, the article says so.
Articles are accurate to the sources listed on them at the time of publication. Where a story develops or we get something wrong, the page is updated and the update is stated on the page rather than made quietly.

Every article lists the pages it was written from. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for what they say after we read them.
